Lionel Messi to be the face of Pro Evolution Soccer 2009
Konami has announced that Barcelona and Argentina forward, Lionel Messi, will be the face of Pro Evolution Soccer 2009.
The game will be coming out on the most formats (PS3, Xbox 360, PC, PS2, PSP and even some mobile phones) in the autumn, with the Wii version following in spring 2009.
Here are a few newly released images and a Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 HD trailer featuring the PS3 rendition of Lionel Messi. Word on the street is that the a PS3-created version of the player will be with FC Barcelona while the “new Maradona” is off at the Olympics with the Argentina football team.
